Date change for Rally of Scotland

The penultimate round of the Intercontinental Rally Championship will now take place one week earlier than previously scheduled, it was confirmed today. The RACMSA Rally of Scotland was due to take place from 14-16 October but will now move one week forward to 7-9 October after a further update to the calendar by series officials. The move follows repeated requests from parties in Scotland associated with the running of the event, who cited an insufficient number of volunteer personnel being available for the 14-16 October weekend as a major contributory factor.
